Herb Evans is an old time fish decoy carver who has not made any decoys since
the 1990s. His work is featured in the reference book FISH DECOY MAKERS
PAST AND PRESENT. This 6 1/2" green and white frog has a carved mouth and
painted eyes. The condition is very nice and original with light wear associated with
use.
