GENE HAMLIN HERRING 1930s (CLICK HERE)

This Beautiful and old fish decoy was made by old time Michigan maker Gene
Hamlin. It has been in a private collection for over 20 years and was purchased
from Ron Fritz. Mr Fritz identified the maker as Hamlin. The decoy is 7 1/4" long
and is completely original with a wonderful subtle paint job. The decoy also has a
full body curve and glass fishing lure eyes. It has normal signs of age and light use
including minor paint loss and wear. It also has a wonderful form and excellent
patina. The side fins are unpainted, natural aluminum and the tail is copper.
