Aage bjerring is an old time fish decoy carver from New York. His decoys are
featured in the reference book THE FISH DECOY, VOLUME 3 and are very
collectible. This 7 1/4" whitefish is hand made and hand painted. the paint is
beautifully blended and has a wonderfully folky look. The hand accent painting
really adds a special bit uf quality and visual appeal. This decoy is in excellent
unfished condition. It is signed by the carver and dated 2006 on the belly.
