Gordon Swenarton fish decoys are wonderfully folky items of art that are made in
the old, traditional styles of years gone by. This folky Musky minnow measures 4
3/4" long and has carved gills as well as painted, domed tacks for eyes. The
decoy is beautifully painted in muted shades of yellow and green with nice accent
painting in red. It has a special patina that simulates great age. The maker has
signed this decoy in the belly and dated it 2009.
