Gorgon Swenarton is from New Jersey. His decoys are known for their folk
art appeal as well as affordability. This 5 1/4" Sunfish is painted in wonderful,
muted shades of green and blue with orange accents. The gills are nicely carved
and the decoy also has a carved mouth and excellent personality. It is in beautiful,
original condition and signed by the maker on the belly. Mr. Swenarton gives each
of his decoys a special patina that simulated age and wear.
