Gordon Swenarton's fish decoys are featured exclusively in this catalog. He is
from New Jersey and his fish make excellent decorator items with fantastic eye
appeal and folk art qualities. This wonderful toothy pike measures 9" long. It has
red bead eyes, and individually carved, wooden teeth. The gills are nicely carved
and accent painted. The decoy is painted with a great looking, spotted motif in a
combination of black and orange. As with all of his decoys, Mr. Swenarton has
given this decoy a special patina that simulates great
age. It is signed on the belly and dated 2011.
