Fish decoys from the LaCrosse area of Wisconsin are extremely collectible and
increasingly difficult to come by. This 4" Trout minnow was made by a very
obscure carver named Leonard Gabel in the 1940s. It is painted in classic
combination of silver and red. The condition is beautiful and original with just the
right amount of age and wear to really give it excellent visual appeal.
