This great looking Brook Trout was carved by the legendary Jim Nelson. Jim has
been carving decoys since the 1940s and his decoys are highly collectible. This
great looking example of this carver's contemporary work has carved gills, carved
eyes and a carved mouth. The length is 8" and the condition is beautiful, original
and unfished. It is signed by the maker on the belly and dated 1999.
