Most fish decoy collectors are familiar with the wonderful fish decoys done by
Mark Bruning's father Ken in the 1950s. Ken had severely limited physical abilities
and all the fish he painted were carved by his son Mark. Mark is getting up there
in years himself now but still carves some fish decoys for collectors every year.
This Mark Bruning Swimming Frog measures 6 1/2" long. It has a wonderful,
classic, closed leg, swimmming frog form. It is in excellent, original, and unfished
condition. Mark does not make many frogs and they really are very visually
appealing. This example issigned MLB and dated 2007 on the belly.
