RICK THAYER WHITE BASS (CLICK HERE)

Rich Thayer (deceased) is a well know contemporary fish decoy carver from
Michigan. His decoys are nicely made and always have provided excellent value
for the dollar. This 6 1/4" White Bass is in excellent, unfished condition. It has
carved gills and a carved mouth. It is hand made and hand painted with a nicely
blended base color that is accent painted in red and black. Thayer decoys are
increasingly collectible as time moves on. This example is estimated to date to
the 1990s.
