This great looking Brook Trout was carved by the legendary Jim Nelson. Jim has
been carving decoys since the 1940s and his decoys are highly collectible. This
example has carved gills and a carved mouth. The length is 8 1/2" and the
condition is beautiful, original and unfished. It is also signed by the maker
on the belly and dated 1999.
