This fantastic brown Trout comes from the Historically significant Lake St. Clair
area of the state. it is a great looking, nig water decoy with excellent age, style
and patina. It is a fantastic piece of folk art and measures 11 3/4" long. The
decoy is in beautiful and original condition with normal wear and nice patina. It has
painted gill markings and a great little carved mouth. the decoy has a wonderful
presence and personality. The colors are subtle and the accent painting
great. The estimated age is 1930s.
