Fish decoys by John Fairfield are incredibly collectible and have escalated in value
rapidly since this carver passed away. This beautifully hand painted Brook Trout
measures just a bit under 8 1/2" long. It has a carved mouth and carved gills.
The condition is excellent, original and unfished with very light wear. The carver
has signed the decoy on the belly and dated it 1993.
