Lawrence Bethel was an old time carver from near Park Rapids, MN. His family
tree contains the revered carvers Pearl Bethel, his father, and Cyril Bethel, his
uncle. Lawrence was one of the most prolific carvers of this century. He turned
out consistently high quality fish for the spear fisherman as well as the collector.
Lawrence recently passed away and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
This great looking 7" Trout is in excellent and unfished condition. It is signed by
the maker on its belly.
