This great looking Porpoise was made by old time Minnesota carver David Perkins.
David's decoys are featured in several collector's reference books and are highly
collectible. This item is especially difficult to come by and has a wonderful, body
form with carved mouth and nose features. The eyes are glass. The condition is
excellent and unfished with a few nicks here and there from age. This is an older
decoy. It is guaranteed to be authentic and is signed with the maker's DFD
(Duluth Fish Decoys) mark which is stamped into the belly weight.
