David Perkins is a a well known fish decoy carver from Northern Minnesota. His
decoys are included in reference books on noted decoy carvers. Mr. Perkins has
a wonderful eye for creating fish decoys with truly unique designs. This Lady Bug
measures 2 1/2" long and has glass eyes. It is hand carved and hand painted
in the very popular Patriotic paint pattern. Mr. Perkins gives each of his decoys a
special patina which simulates age and use. The condition is excellent and
unfished and the decoy is signed by the maker with his DFD (Duluth Fish Decoy)
mark which is stamped into the belly weight. Please check the reference book

collectors of these fantastic folk art decoys.
