STAN KASTE FROG (CLICK HERE)

This great little Frog was made by Stan Kaste sometime in the 1990s. Mr. Kaste
is featured in the book FISH DECOY MAKERS PAST AND PRESENT (available in
the reference book section of this catalog). He has not carved for about 10 years
now and his work is very collectible. This green frog is accent painted with gold
and black and has a creamy white belly. The length is 3 1/2" and the decoy is
beautifully made with consistently high quality in both form and paint. The rear
legs are cast from lead to keep the decoy submerged and the front legs are
leather. This decoy is in excellent, unfished condition and is signed with the
maker's name which is impressed into the belly.
